Mudita
Rastogi, Ph.D., has over two
decades of experience in helping individuals and groups achieve
personal goals, making effective changes and handling life
transitions. Dr. Rastogi has taught graduate school, conducted outcome research for organizations, and maintained a consulting and therapy practice. In addition, she is a widely published author and frequently conducts trainings and workshops both nationally and internationally. When conducting leadership training she integrates her expertise in personal growth and group communication, with her knowledge of current research and training skills. Mudita Rastogi’s education in India and the United States include both Psychology and systems based training. She has a Ph.D. from Texas Tech University and a Master's degree from University of Bombay. Mudita enjoys relaxing with her husband and two boys, reading, traveling and being involved in community volunteer activities. |
Bindu
Garapaty, Psy.D., has experience
working in several different environments including health care,
hospitals, university, private practice, clinics, for profit and
nonprofit organizations. She has her doctorate degree in clinical psychology and is dedicated and passionate about empowering individuals to successfully execute their leadership potential. Her research has focused on self-awareness and cultural identity and has an innovative and unique approach to promoting leadership development. Dr. Garapaty offers a unique perspective on evaluating and assessing leadership potential at an individual and organizational level. She is experienced in providing leadership trainings and workshops locally as well as internationally, giving her additional insight on leadership from a global perspective. Bindu has also served in leadership positions on several executive committee boards. Bindu appreciates spending time with family and friends, volunteering, traveling, and watching a good movie. |
